Delivery information
We aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days of order. We have several shipping options available to you.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If your order is urgent and you would like guaranteed next day delivery, please email us at info@kettlebykitchen.com and we can try to facilitate.

Standard delivery is offered FREE for orders over £50. Please note, offer applies automatically in checkout when the order value, after any discounts or promotions, equals £50 or more.
If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your despatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you.
We use Royal Mail for most of our shipments, however on occasion we may use another courier. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please visit the relevant courier’s website to track your order.
Click and collect option. Please choose this option at the checkout stage. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect, usually within 2 working days of the order. Please contact us at info@kettlebykitchen.com organise a mutually agreeable collection time.
